Oranges with Wildflower Honey Mascarpone + Almond Brittle

Have you ever eaten a seared banana?

Then placed said banana on your oatmeal or pancakes? 

If you haven't, I'd highly recommend it. 

I'd also suggest peeling some oranges and drizzling this glaze on top. 

In a medium bowl add:

3 oz Mascarpone cheese

1-2 Tbsp Wildflower Honey

1-2 Tbsp Half & Half 

*Whisk until smooth, careful not to make it runny or lumpy*

Drizzle on top of the oranges.

Take ~ 1/4 cup of sliced almonds and crumble them into small pieces (brittle). 
 Sprinkle almond brittle on oranges. 

BOOM.  Dessert is done.
